Nutrition habits
Explore your eating routines, make room for meals, and find practical ways to bring more consistency to your day.
Inspired by my Swedish roots, I bring a Scandinavian appreciation for simplicity and balance to everyday wellbeing. Small, realistic habits that fit your life, with encouragement, accountability, and someone beside you every step of the way.
Let’s take the first step ↗Nutrition habits · Everyday routines · Personal support

Maybe you know what you want to change, but following through feels hard. Maybe life has shifted, and your routines haven’t caught up. Or maybe you simply want a little more support.
We’ll make space to understand what matters to you, explore what gets in the way, and choose manageable steps together. Your plan should fit your real life.
Explore your eating routines, make room for meals, and find practical ways to bring more consistency to your day.
Make space for movement, rest, and routines that support your priorities through busy seasons and fresh starts.
Talk things through, notice small wins, and adjust when plans don’t work. Expect encouragement and curiosity, without judgment.
Our introductory session is a relaxed conversation about your goals, routines, and health history. Share what feels comfortable.
We’ll agree on a realistic action you want to try. When you’d like ideas, I can help you explore possibilities.
We’ll check in on what you learned and what needs changing. Progress can include discovering that a different approach fits better.
Sessions are usually 45 to 60 minutes every other week, by Google Meet. Phone sessions are available when that works better for you.
Growing up in Sweden, spending time outdoors and eating whole foods were part of everyday life. Those experiences shaped my approach to wellbeing: simple, nourishing habits that fit naturally into your day.
My approach is inspired by the Swedish idea of lagom—not too much, not too little, just enough. To me, that means finding your own balance through small, manageable changes, with room to enjoy life along the way.
I completed my health coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in August 2026 and founded Wellness with Carolina to help you build habits that feel sustainable. Nutrition is a special focus of mine, alongside sleep, movement, stress, and connection.
The “with” in Wellness with Carolina is at the heart of what I do. I’m here to listen, encourage you, and help you find what works for you, one simple step at a time. You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. We’ll figure out your next steps together.

Lagom is a Swedish word meaning “not too much, not too little, just enough.” Growing up in Sweden shaped my appreciation for this sense of balance. In my coaching, it means helping you find habits that feel manageable and fit your life, from eating more whole foods to making time for movement, rest, and the outdoors. Together, we’ll focus on small, sustainable changes, with room for enjoyment and flexibility. Your balance will look different from someone else’s, and we’ll find what works for you.
I’ll send a health history form before our first session. Complete what you can and feel comfortable sharing; we can discuss the rest together.
My work focuses on your goals, everyday habits, and accountability. I’m not a doctor, registered dietitian, or therapist, and I don’t provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or medical nutrition therapy. Coaching can complement care from qualified professionals.
Monthly coaching is $150. Packages paid upfront are $400 for three months, $800 for six months, or $1,500 for one year. Sessions take place every other week. Explore the packages above, or email me to discuss a good fit.
Tell me a little about yourself and the support you’re looking for.
There’s no need to have it all figured out.
